The Philadelphia 76ers took a 2-0 lead in their Eastern Conference semifinals series with the Boston Celtics after a 107-91 win in game two. The 76ers dominated the game, outscoring the Celtics in all four quarters and leading by as many as 22 points. Joel Embiid led the way for the 76ers with a game-high 34 points and 12 rebounds, while Tobias Harris added 23 points and nine rebounds. Ben Simmons also chipped in 16 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists, in a complete performance.

The Celtics were led by Jayson Tatum, who scored a team-high 24 points, but the rest of the team struggled to find any offensive rhythm. Kemba Walker and Jaylen Brown combined for only 18 points on 8-of-25 shooting, while Marcus Smart and Gordon Hayward combined for just 10 points. The Celtics shot just 35.4 percent from the field and committed 18 turnovers in the game.

The 76ers now have a commanding 2-0 lead in the series, and will look to take a commanding 3-0 lead when they host the Celtics in game three on Friday night.
